Shipping & Returns

Please contact us for shipping costs outside of the United States as shipping costs can vary from Country to Country.

Shipping Times

  • We may need time to get all the materials, parts , colors or requested styles in stock from our distributor before we can ship.
  • Normal in-stock, non-custom items can be shipped within 2-3 days.
  • If you requested a custom item and we have all the materials in stock please allow 7-10 days for shipment.
  • Other items that need to be special ordered from our suppliers may take 14-20 days for delivery.
  • Large quantity custom imprinted items over 200 pieces may take 4-5 weeks for delivery.

    • Return Policy

    If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Since all our items are special order and custom made merchandise all sales are final. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exechangable items may be exchanged for store credit only if you are not fully satisfied & the items have not been opened or damaged in any way. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end. Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back.
