Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Since all our items are special order and custom made merchandise all sales are final. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exechangable items may be exchanged for store credit only if you are not fully satisfied & the items have not been opened or damaged in any way. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end. Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
